Service Description
FAM offers a 2 hours program in the pool so that you can try freediving close to home. While not a certification course, Discover Freediving is a quick and easy introduction to get a taste of freediving. No prior experience required. - Includes equipment rental, pool entry & underwater videos Freediving 自由潜水是靠一口气潜入水下，放松身心、减轻压力。它能提升呼吸技巧、增强心肺功能，同时带来与海洋亲密接触的独特体验。 Freediving Adventure Malaysia 限时推出Discover Freediving 首次体验课！只需RM 150, 享受在水下畅游的乐趣。 适合12岁或以上，不需要游泳经验。 包含： 泳池入场，装备租借和水下视频。
