What payment methods are accepted at the resort?

There are no ATMs on the island. Payments can be made via QR, credit card, or cash.

Is WiFi available at the resort?

WiFi access is not available on the island. However, major mobile network coverage is generally good, so you can access the internet using your personal mobile data.

Getting to the Jetty

by Car

Kuala Lumpur → A'King Jetty: about 4 hours (approx. 363 km)
After entering from the main road, keep to the left side of the jetty area. Parking spots are in front of Riverbank Dungun Guesthouse.
Overnight parking available at the jetty (RM10 per night)

by Bus

Kuala Lumpur → Dungun Bus Terminal: about 6 hours
(Latest bus: overnight bus the day before)
Dungun Bus Terminal → A'King Jetty: about 5 minutes
(Taxi or Grab is the best way of travel)

The nearest major airport to A'king Jetty is Sultan Mahmud Airport (TGG) in Kuala Terengganu
KUL → TGG flight time: about 1 hour
